Position Overview
Were looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our Customer Support Team.
In this role, youll assist customers via live video calls, helping them diagnose and troubleshoot issues with gas and electric kitchen appliances such as ovens, ranges, cooktops, refrigerators, dishwasher, etc.
Were looking for for someone who has experience on kitchen appliances (mechanical, electrical, gas systems, etc) and enjoys guiding customers step-by-step to find solutions.
Full KUCHT training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through live video troubleshooting for appliances like ranges, ovens, cooktops, and refrigerators.Identify the root cause of issues (ignition, heating, cooling, electrical, etc.) and document findings accurately.Collaborate with our in-house Technical Department for complex or warranty cases.Provide excellent customer support with professionalism and empathy.Help improve product quality by reporting recurring technical issues.Qualifications
Comfortable using computers, video calls, and online tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.).Hands-on experience or strong interest in appliance repair, electrical / mechanical troubleshooting .Experience in customer service assistance preferred.Comfortable using tools, measuring devices, or reading product manuals.Basic understanding of gas, electrical, or refrigeration systems is a plus.Clear communication in English; Spanish bilingual is a strong plus.Organized, patient, and eager to learn new technical skills.Benefits & Perks
