Do you want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families? Are you passionate about helping children with ASD? Want to work for a boutique company passionately focused on and taking care of our staff? You may be our ideal candidate!

ABAcus provides services to children with autism and related disorders and their families. Our focus is on early intervention and our clients range from 18 months to 10 years. We are a boutique agency seeking part time and full time behavioral therapists to provide services using techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis.

The behavior therapist drives to homes of children and conducts sessions with each child. Experience with children with autism is preferred, and you must be able to PLAY while incorporating ABA techniques. The ideal candidate is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), has experience in running ABA programs and / or working with young children.

  • Starting wage is $20.00 - 24.25 / hour depending upon experience

Requirements :

  • A.A., B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Own transportation and ability to travel within and around San Diego county.
  • California driver's license.
  • CPR certification (this will be provided if the candidate does not have it)
  • Fingerprinting clearance
  • Negative TB test
  • Consistent availability for scheduling
