Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Safety Manager to oversee and integrate our quality management systems and occupational safety programs. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality and safety initiatives that ensure operational excellence while protecting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

• Develop and maintain the company's quality management system, including documentation control and ISO procedures
• Coordinate QA / QC activities across all projects and departments
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
• Verify contractor quality requirements and documentation submittals
• Formulate quality control objectives aligned with production procedures
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve customer quality concerns
