Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care provides specialized nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role requires advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly in high-acuity situations. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to critically ill patients.\n\nResponsibilities : \nProvide direct patient care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in the ICU.^Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.^Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond promptly to emergencies.^Document patient care accurately and timely in Meditech.^Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions.^Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.^Uphold infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.^Participate in ongoing professional development and unit-based initiatives.
