Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to enhance AI interactions for improved customer satisfaction
Analyze data to identify and prioritize enhancements to messaging systems
Identify bottlenecks and shape technical roadmaps to resolve high-impact issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a startup
Comfortable in technical discussions and able to simplify complex ideas
Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement
Passionate about AI and its application in enhancing customer communications
Experience in leveraging technology to drive engagement and automation
