AI Programs Manager
We are seeking a hands-on AI Programs Manager to advance our AI Governance programs and provide oversight on AI productionization compliance.
You'll manage established AIMS (AI Management System) processes, AI ethics programs, and regulatory compliance workflows while enabling our technical teams to productionize AI solutions within governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance Program Management
- Manage and advance existing AIMS (AI Management System) implementation aligned with AI Act framework
- Oversee AI ethics programs, compliance workflows, and governance processes across development teams
- Coordinate AI governance activities and ensure program alignment with business objectives
- Scale AI governance programs across expanding AI development and productionization activities
Productionization Oversight & Enablement
Provide governance oversight for AI productionization processes, working with product managers and tech leadsExecute AI risk assessments and classifications using established EU AI Act proceduresEnable technical teams through existing governance checkpoints and compliance frameworksCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure compliant AI product rolloutsRegulatory Programs & Liaison
Manage regulatory compliance programs and liaise with regulatory authorities under CIO directionCoordinate with Data Protection team on AI-specific regulatory requirementsMaintain compliance documentation and technical audit trails across AI programsOversee AI ethics review processes and responsible AI practice implementationProgram Operations & Optimization
Monitor and optimize existing AI governance programs for efficiency and effectivenessCoordinate program activities across research, AI development, and productionization teamsMaintain AI program reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiativesManage AI program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communicationSkills and Experience
Required
4+ years experience in AI compliance, AI ethics, or regulatory affairs in healthcare or regulated industriesAI Ethics & Compliance expertise : AI bias assessment, responsible AI practices, AI risk managementOperational experience : Managing established AI compliance processes and governance frameworksRegulatory knowledge : EU AI Act exposure, understanding of AI regulatory landscapeStrong ability to operate, maintain, and optimize existing systems and processesTechnical experience : Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding research and AI technology and development processesPreferred
