HRIS Systems Analyst

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain system settings, security, and workflows to meet organizational needs

Conduct training sessions for HR and end-users on UKG modules and provide ongoing support

Document and automate HR policies, processes, and procedures while collaborating with HR, IT, and internal customers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field

Proven experience as a UKG Systems Analyst with expertise across all modules

In-depth knowledge of UKG system architecture, configurations, and modules

Familiarity with general HCM / HR processes and programs

Ability to handle sensitive matters and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
