Key Responsibilities
Analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and responses
Prepare and draft complex vendor and provider contracts in compliance with relevant laws
Lead contract negotiations and manage contract administration
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA)
Minimum two (2) years of related experience in contract processes or business support
Healthcare experience preferred
