About the Role :

The Junior Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that business operations and services meet established quality and compliance standards within the Corpus Christi, TX area. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, identifying discrepancies, and reporting findings to support continuous improvement and regulatory adherence. The Junior Inspector will collaborate closely with senior inspectors and management to develop a comprehensive understanding of inspection protocols and industry regulations. This role serves as an entry point for developing expertise in inspection processes, contributing to the overall integrity and reputation of the organization. Ultimately, the Junior Inspector helps safeguard operational excellence by ensuring that all inspected entities comply with relevant business service standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of business operations and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
