TK Airport Solutions manufactures, installs, operates and maintains passenger boarding bridges through three companies at locations around the world :

1. TK Airport Solutions S.A., based in Mieres, Asturias (Spain).

2. TK Airport Solutions Inc., based in Fort Worth, Texas (U.S.A.).

What we expect

The EHS Specialist will be responsible for implementing, tracking and monitoring the company environmental / safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health & safety regulations in the Field and Manufacturing Plant.

CORE TASKS :

• Implement and administer safety program at each job site for all employees. Assist site management team in developing and executing site-specific safety program and activities.
• Coordinate, conduct and implement safety orientation and training for manufacturing, field operations and sub-contractors.
• Document and track all safety violations, unsafe conditions, etc,
• Conduct, implement and coordinate job site audits to ensure company and regulatory requirements are being met and report findings to the management team.
• Conduct or assist with major incident investigation and analysis.
• Conduct or assist with risk assessments
• Record, monitor and analyze safety, injury and hazard statistics;
• Coordinate OSHA reporting and posting requirements.
• Participate in and contribute to project planning and hazard analysis.
• Assist with the organization and implementation of project safety celebrations and recognition / reward programs.
• Provide support in both field and manufacturing safety excellence. 50% field work 50% manufacturing.
• Manage multiple contractor documents and pre-qualification requirements.
• Develop toolbox talks to field managers weekly.
• Report all field data to the EHS manager.
• Be open and available to travel when necessary
• Contribute to implement the Safety Culture inside the company
• Act as a "Role Model"

Who we are looking for

QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION HOLDER :

Expert Know How / Knowledge :

Languages : English. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
