• to join our team and serve as our key SC legal counsel.
• What You Will Do :
• Review title work and issue title opinions
• Handle residential & commercial closings (purchase & refinance)
• Provide buyer & seller representation
• Address title clearance & curative matters
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina real estate laws
• Collaborate with a dedicated multi-state support team
• What We’re Looking For :
• Active
• South Carolina Bar license
• in good standing _(Required)_
• Must currently
• reside in South Carolina
• _(Required)_
• 3+ years
• real estate, title, or conveyancing experience
• Experience conducting closings & reviewing title
• Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
