Job Summary:

• Assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.

• Oversees education programs and staff development by providing mentorship, professional support, and professional development.

• Establishes and conducts New Hire Orientation (NHO) and continuing training programs according to PACE regulatory requirements and staff scope of practice in preparation for their assigned roles.

• Assist staff, as needed, to determine areas requiring immediate remediation and resolve inconsistencies.

• Participates in the redesign of the PACE Educational and Staff Development program to streamline resources and training efficiencies.

Requirements:

• RN License in good standing to practice in New York State, is required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a high-level training manager

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing personnel

• Knowledge of home care, PACE, or other Healthcare-related programs, is required.
