General Administrator

Job Description

Maintain facility maintenance and management of the entire plant and campus which includes supervising direct reports within the General Administration department. Exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to managing rubber scrap maintenance, communication equipment and the process of ordering office and production supplies. Assist HR and accounts payable on an as-needed basis is also an important aspect of this role.

Primary Duties:

• REQUIREMENT: Bi Lingual Korean English
• Maintain facility maintenance and management; ensure entire campus is always clean and well-kept and ensure all general maintenance issues are resolved.
• Assist Accounts Payable as with tasks as needed; handle credit card reconciles monthly.
• Supervise all general administration employees and ensure department tasks and goals are being met; conduct daily team meetings.
• Ensure all office and production supplies are ordered and in stock.
• Maintain rubber scrap management; schedule shipments, ensure trucks are loaded and a daily scrap report is completed.
• Assist HR with coordinating company functions/event and employee gift distribution.
• Manage all communication equipment; ensure company cellphones and 2-way radios are working and order new ones or parts as needed.
• Plan travel and living arrangements for international executives.
• With some physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials less than 25 pounds, but rarely moving more than 25 to 50 pounds.
• Light Work: With some physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials less than 25 pounds, but rarely moving more than 25 to 50 pounds.
• Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors and/or any number of elements.
