Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. and every fifth Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Pay Range : $20.57 - $32.91 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
