An instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.

Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction :

Experience in martial arts / Black Belt preferred

Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “edutaining” classes

Customer Relations with the students and parents

Curriculum

Class Planning and management

Drills for Skills

Life Lesson BBE Mat Chats

Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson Program

Stripe Tests

Graduations

Student ranking, tracking, and reporting

Demo Team

Group Intros

Training and Education of Instructor Management :

Certified Instructor Training

Performance Evaluation for all Instructors

Instructor Schedules / Hours

Leadership Program

Marketing :

Distributing marketing materials into the community

Outline(Hours) of a Day Full-Time Instructor

Monday-Saturday (5 days / week, days and times variable) 1 : 30pm-9 : 30 pm

Saturdays (variable)- 9am-2 : 00pm
