Employee Benefits Enterprise Account Manager

Alera Group is looking for an Employee Benefits Enterprise Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team joining us may be the perfect fit for you! Prior experience in large group preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors with client onboarding, renewals, and service delivery by maintaining accurate records and executing established workflows
• Collaborate on RFPs, analyze carrier proposals, and assist with presentations and communications to support client decision-making
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide timely, professional service and stay current on industry trends

Salary range is $80K to 95K per year.
