Job Description :

Pay Range : $60hr - $65hr

Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, test, and maintain scalable data management systems and ETL / ELT pipelines using PySpark and Databricks.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services for data storage, computation, and orchestration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, network performance, and product usage.
  • Apply analytical techniques to use cases such as churn prediction, network experience optimization, personalization, and service improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Requirement / Must Have :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analytics, working with large-scale data ecosystems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark and Databricks.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, Redshift, EMR).
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

    • Should Have :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially related to customer experience.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent and proactive work approach with a strong sense of curiosity.

    • Qualification and Education :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
