Managing Director -Aerospace and Defense

Summary :

The Managing Director serves as the point person in determining the customer’s needs and meeting them through the seamless delivery of the bank's products, services and associated resources within the Aerospace and Defense industry. Please note : this position is open to remote work. Also, base pay range is $250 -$300K annually.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring the optimizing of all customer relationships which entails developing revenue growth through generation and cross selling of all applicable bank products including deposits, loans, and other services in all Huntington segments to customers
• Develops and maintains profitable customer relationships within a targeted market segment by coordinating all sales and service efforts within the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Responsible for all aspects of lending including approvals, credit agreement, monitoring of covenants, etc.
• Responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, new business development and loan and deposit generation
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation Range :

$225,000 -$250,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
