A company is looking for a Database Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure security standards for database access and manage resource storage for optimization
Collaborate with development teams on database design and respond to performance requests
Monitor and optimize database performance, including backup strategies and disaster recovery plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Proven expertise in Azure Synapse and SQL managed instances
Experience with database monitoring, query optimization, and performance bottlenecks
Knowledge of database security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA)
Strong technical knowledge of Windows server environments and Azure cloud services
