Location: Rural Districts East of Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $80/hr
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychoeducational services in support of students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral success. This full-time (4-day/week) position serves school districts east of Colorado Springs and requires regular travel to assigned schools.
The School Psychologist plays a key role within the special education team—conducting evaluations, consulting with staff, and supporting students' diverse needs in alignment with Colorado's Exceptional Children’s Educational Act (ECEA).
Key Responsibilities:This is not an exhaustive list of duties. Responsibilities may be modified as needed.
Required Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license with School Psychologist endorsement
Strong understanding of ECEA, RtI/MTSS, and psychoeducational assessments
Proficiency with data collection and interpretation
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Three or more years of experience in a school-based setting
Familiarity with IEP software and educational data systems
Frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Regular travel between assigned school sites required (mileage reimbursed per board policy)
Flexible scheduling may be required during emergencies or meetings
Must maintain all required professional licenses in active status throughout employment

Additional Information:Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs area prior to starting. Employment is based on an annual contract aligned with the academic calendar and is subject to renewal.
