As a member of our team, the Computer Operator Tech assists TPFCU in living out its mission by delivering outstanding service to all staff, vendors, and members. By providing prompt SOLUTIONS to our employees through help desk tickets, you are enabling them to provide QUALITY service to our members. Aside from responding to help desk tickets, you will process daily reports with accuracy and monitor ATMs for any issues, contacting ATM vendors for assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Consistently display behaviors aligned with TPFCU values and service standards for internal and external customers, members, and guests.
Customer Service :
Respond to help desk tickets, provide SOLUTIONS, and close tickets promptly.
Reporting :
Run and monitor batch processing and file transmissions to ensure all jobs and transmissions are run as scheduled. Ensure all issues are handled per procedures.
Maintain clear documentation of procedures related to work responsibilities.
Technology :
Monitor ATMs for performance. Contact vendors with mechanical issues occur.
Provide hardware maintenance, computer upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs of pc equipment. Build computer stations as needed.
Compliance :
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all company policies.
