• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, Nights, 12-hour shifts
• ATLS and BLS required
• Average of 1900 activations per year
• Trauma and acute care surgery first assist preferred but not required, chest tubes & central lines
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
