Overview

We are seeking an Account Supervisor for a hybrid position in our Chicago office (requires working onsite 3 days per week, with open to work from home 2 days per week).

The Account Supervisor plays a key role in supporting both day-to-day client communications and the successful execution of creative projects. This individual will independently lead tracks of work, while also supporting Account Leads on larger initiatives and processes-ensuring our creative delivery process is followed through to completion. You should be self-directed, solution-oriented, and confident in influencing team actions to meet both internal expectations and client satisfaction.

You will be expected to independently manage multiple workstreams, maintain strong internal and external relationships, and contribute to high-quality creative and strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

Client & Project Leadership

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact across assigned projects, building strong rapport with client counterparts.
• Lead or support client meetings, briefings, and presentations, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are well-prepared and aligned to objectives.
• Review client deliverables for brand and strategic alignment, consistency, and completeness across all feedback rounds.
• Clearly and professionally articulate feedback, timelines, and deliverable expectations to internal teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams (2-4 project types concurrently), ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Proactively identify and address smaller client issues or project escalations in collaboration with Delivery and Account Leadership.

Compensation Range : $73,910-106,260 (Annually). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
