You will design, develop, and implement solutions within our Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and developing / implementing solutions and ensuring the CRM system is effectively meeting the needs of our business.

Responsibilities

• Customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into CRM system configurations, customizations and integrations.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation for CRM solutions.
• Performs data migration tasks and supports / enhances integrations with other business applications.
• Performs system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Monitors system performance and implements improvements to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
