Pay Rate : $17.25 - $19.00 per hour

Shift : Monday - Friday (6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM) (2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM) | Sunday - Thursday (10 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

What You'll Need

  • GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
  • Experience running machines or working in production / warehouse
  • Mechanical smarts - you know your way around tools and gauges
  • Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
  • Strength and stamina - lift up to 30 lbs. and stay on your feet
  • Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Operate molding machines and secondary equipment while meeting product quality and safety standards.
  • Inspect and assemble parts to meet customer specifications, identifying and addressing critical visual and dimensional defects.
  • Accurately package, label, and track products with correct counts and traceability.
  • Report defective parts, process malfunctions, or safety issues to the supervisor / lead operator.
  • Utilize route sheets, work instructions, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., sonic welders and heat sealers) to meet production requirements.
  • Maintain clean machines and work areas, record production and scrap counts, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines.
  • Be flexible and available to work at both Somers and Ellington facilities. Regular, punctual attendance is essential for meeting production needs.
