Your Opportunity :

As an IT Analyst Intern at Boston Scientific, you will…

• Be placed on an IT team with a  defined outcome to achieve  during the 12-week program
• Apply business analysis,  user experience, data analysis, data visualization, project management, and product management skills to real business challenges
• Complete a group project with fellow IT Interns focused on solving a real problem for Boston Scientific employees (e.g., using Robotic Process Automation to reduce a manual process from 90 minutes to 30 minutes; creating an Asset Management solution using Microsoft O365 tools to move from paper-based to digital management; improving and digitizing the critical incident process to reduce response time and enhance collaboration)
• Participate in  extracurricular opportunities and benefits  that may include executive panels, team-building events, training, volunteering, flexible hours, employee resource groups, team sports on campus, gym access, and global partnerships within Boston Scientific
• Be considered for a full-time position in the  2-year rotational program , designed to develop future IT leaders who use agile, lean-startup, user experience, and product-based practices to deliver digital solutions to business problems
