DDC Engineer / Programmer

• Key Qualifications :
• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, or equivalent experience (5+ years in BAS / DDC).
• 5–7 years of experience in BAS / DDC with a focus on programming and service.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication on demanding job sites.
• Strong customer interfacing ability, making complex topics understandable.
• Experience with BACnet IP / Ethernet and MS / TP networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and networking installations.
• Expertise in programming end-to-end air-side and water-side systems.
• Additional Experience (Preferred) :
• Certifications or experience with major BAS platforms Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, Niagara, Alerton).
• Knowledge of SQL databases and server environments.
• Stable work history (5+ years with one employer preferred).
• Willingness to travel regionally (Maryland / DC / Virginia area).
