Application Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the Application Manager supports the technology systems that power donor operations, including digital fundraising, direct mail, donor database management, and reporting. This role partners closely with Development, Donor Operations, and IT to ensure donor systems are reliable, well-integrated, and easy for staff to use. The Applications Manager plays a key role in m aintaining donor data quality, supporting reporting and dashboards, and improving day-to-day fundraising operations. The ideal candidate brings experience working with donor or business applications and is eager to learn Salesforce reporting and dashboards, O matic integration tools, and Salesforce data loads. This role also supports the evaluation of donor-related software and provides training to staff across the organization.
