About the Role :
Forsyth Barnes are working with a leading Sports Organization who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various departments by using data to drive better decision-making across the organization. You will develop, implement, and manage BI reporting, data infrastructure, and analytics projects that directly support business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily BI reporting and analytics needs of the organization, ensuring data accuracy and developing visualizations, automated reports, and dashboards.
- Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with key departments to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Build and maintain KPI sets and dashboards to continuously monitor performance.
- Design customer insights, profiles, predictive models, and projections to power data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee CRM, analytics, and CX platforms, including data collection, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations and support internal users with training and proactive problem-solving.
- Maintain and update BI department documentation and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as required.
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in data analytics, solving business problems using data.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting data to stakeholders.Physical Requirements :
