Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15 lbs with or without accommodation Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice) May be required to travel to other company locations May be required to attend conference, events, and training sessions within Bay Area or in- or out-of-state locations. About the Role :
Forsyth Barnes are working with a leading Sports Organization who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various departments by using data to drive better decision-making across the organization. You will develop, implement, and manage BI reporting, data infrastructure, and analytics projects that directly support business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily BI reporting and analytics needs of the organization, ensuring data accuracy and developing visualizations, automated reports, and dashboards.
- Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with key departments to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Build and maintain KPI sets and dashboards to continuously monitor performance.
- Design customer insights, profiles, predictive models, and projections to power data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee CRM, analytics, and CX platforms, including data collection, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations and support internal users with training and proactive problem-solving.
- Maintain and update BI department documentation and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as required.
