A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant to manage employee benefit plans and support M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in M&A projects, developing tools to support related activities
Facilitate operational activities related to benefit plans, including vendor payments and audits
Research and operationalize benefit requirements, and develop employee toolkits and communications
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in US employee retirement benefits administration and operations
Strong project management skills with experience in leading project-based work
CEBS, CBP or similar certification preferred
In-depth knowledge of benefit laws and regulations such as ERISA and 409A
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce and / or Workday, is a plus
