Accounting Manager
$80,000 Annually
Monday-Friday / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
A manufacturing company specializing in high-performance exhaust products is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting functions, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure compliance with local and government regulations. This hands-on role works closely with leadership and production teams to support financial operations and reporting. Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounting department, including A / P, A / R, and invoicing
- Oversee financial reporting processes within the ERP system, including cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and scrap reporting
- Ensure timely compliance with city, county, and government reporting requirements
- Coordinate with external CPA for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
- Support production reporting and assist with financial analysis
- Utilize Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) to analyze financial data
- Monitor company insurance policies and ensure adequate coverage
- Work independently and demonstrate strong self-starter abilities
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and adapting to tough or changing conditions
