About the Role : ExcelCare at Wilmington is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We’re looking for compassionate professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document changes in resident health status

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications :

Active Delaware LPN license

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills

Availability to work every other weekend (required for part-time roles)

Schedule Options :

Full-Time : Consistent weekly hours with full benefits

Part-Time : Flexible shifts, includes every other weekend
