Overview :  A precision metalworking manufacturer specializing in progressive die stamping and value-added machining is seeking a skilled  Die Maker  to join its growing toolroom team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, ISO-certified environment with a long-established reputation for producing tight-tolerance components for demanding industries including aerospace, medical, and defense.

Responsibilities :

• Build, repair, and maintain progressive and single-hit stamping dies.
• Troubleshoot dies during production and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent part quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Operate surface grinders, mills, lathes, and other toolroom equipment with high precision.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure tooling performance meets customer specifications.
• Perform die setup and validation for initial production runs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on dies to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of die modifications and repair history.
