About the Role :
We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients who have suffered injuries, guiding them through the legal process with empathy and professionalism. You’ll manage cases from intake to resolution, ensuring clear communication, timely progress, and exceptional client support. Must be fluent in Spanish.
What You’ll Do :
Manage a high volume of personal injury cases , ensuring all deadlines, medical appointments, and legal milestones are met
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and offering emotional support throughout their recovery and case process
Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other professionals to keep cases moving efficiently
Collect, organize, and maintain all case documentation, including medical records, bills, and accident reports
Monitor case progress, identify potential delays or issues, and work proactively to resolve them
Advocate for clients with empathy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
What We’re Looking For :
Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or in client services , preferably in personal injury law
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Ability to provide compassionate support to clients during difficult times
