Business Process Writer / Analyst

Job Description : Process M&P / Change management : Identify & Define Business Department goals & opportunity for improvement & efficiencies : Identify the company's current and long-term process road map.

• Prior experience in Telcom / Construction / design, prior training or education experience preferred
• Process Analysis experience required : Experience writing standard operating procedures, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite experience & Fluency required
• Create documents that explain how the department processes flow in collaboration with the Lead PM team & Operations groups
• Create a plan : Make a structured plan for the process.
• Assign tasks : Assign tasks to people who will be involved in the process.
• Test the process : Test the process after creation with core SME's
• Helps develop & implements with the training group
• Integrate the process : Integrate the process into the company's operations.
• Make changes : Make any changes to the process that are needed.
• Document and define all version / changes in change log within the process document
• Ensure everyone understands the processes and can follow easily.
