Senior Internal Audit Analyst - Permanent Hire
The Senior Internal Audit Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across the health system. This role conducts risk-based audits, analyzes financial and operational data, identifies control gaps, and provides actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Minimum 4 years of related experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong understanding of internal auditing standards and practicesProficiency in auditing tools, accounting software, and data analytics platformsWorking knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes, particularly related to Medicare and MedicaidStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead and execute complex internal auditsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and machine learningEssential Functions and Responsibilities :
