Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email / tickets, and chat

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email issues

Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role

Strong troubleshooting skills for websites and email systems

Experience with web hosting platforms is a strong plus

A customer service background or related tech role is an asset

Ability to support Spanish-speaking customers is a plus
