Billing Specialist – Foothill Ranch, CA | $23-$25 / hr. | Cointract-Hire

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage daily invoice creation, posting, and vendor invoice processing in a fast-paced office environment. This full-time, Contract-Hire Monday–Friday role (8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm) offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and an employee-owned company culture .

Requirements :

Billing or accounts receivable experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to handle high-volume tasks accurately
