Senior Counsel - State Licensed

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of various customer and vendor agreements

Support general corporate matters, including governance and international expansion

Build foundational processes for contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar

10+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or fast-growing technology company

Significant experience with commercial technology transactions, particularly SaaS

Strong familiarity with corporate law, employment law, and intellectual property

Experience supporting a B2B SaaS company is preferred
