Inventory Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely stocking, tracking inventory discrepancies, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Track and record incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist in organizing and labeling stock for easy identification and access.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Report inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory processes.
• Operate inventory management systems and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbsas needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
