The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and leasing office parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds.

Duties

  • Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and leasing office parking lots and other community buildings.
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of market ready units including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
  • Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
  • Assist in the troubleshoot / repair of mechanical carpentry and electrical problems.
  • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments models clubhouse and / or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum one year fulltime related experience.
  • Willingness to perform all required tasks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company.
  • Able to work oncall (as necessary and / or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).
  • Attention to detail meticulous.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff and residents.
  • Ability to work individually and with a team.
