Job Title: Mental Health Counselor (Fully Licensed & Associate-Level)

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors (both fully licensed and associate-level) to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide individual and/or group therapy to diverse client populations, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients.
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and external providers as needed.
Stay updated on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate-level (LPC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A) in [state].
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
