Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician for a full-time leadership opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This position combines direct patient care with medical directorship responsibilities, offering an excellent balance of clinical practice and program leadership.

Role Highlights

• Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours
• No primary night call (hospitalist / IM team handles admissions)
