Software Support & Trainer Are you open to a better career opportunity in Rochester? We are recruiting on behalf of one of the country's top software firms serving the construction industry. The company produces GPS-based applications that calculate extremely precise measurements. The software allows users to produce highly accurate estimates and thereby offer bids that are more competitive and that maximize profitability. In this full-time role, you will wear two main hats : provide ad hoc software support and also formally train new and existing users on how to master the software. Requires a BS in IT, Engineering, or STEM-related field plus some experience in customer or end-user support. Aside from an annual salary, overtime pay for hours above 40 per week, and 160 hours of PTO, (includes 40 hours of paid sick leave), the company contributes 10% of salary into your 401K starting second year, and offers generous health benefits.
