Program Manager, 340B Compliance

Job Title

Works with hospitals eligible for the 340B program to ensure compliance with all aspects of the 340B Program as defined by the Office of Pharmacy Affairs as well as those defined in the System 340B policies. Assists facilities in maximizing appropriate purchasing and replenishment of medications under the 340B program. Helps manage the contract pharmacy program, facilitating relationships between the organization, the contract pharmacy management vendor and the hospital contract pharmacy partners.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Required
• Master's degree : Preferred
• Seven+ years' related 340B experience : Required
• Hospital pharmacy experience : Preferred
• Leadership experience : Preferred
