ROLE DESCRIPTION :

The Mark Krueger State Farm Agency is a well-established agency looking to grow. We are looking for a Licensed Producer to bring in new customers to the Agency. You are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You will be responsible for growing the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Utilize your skills of persuasion and influence to produce sales.
  • Participate in networking groups and other community events.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have a P&C producers license.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Have or obtain a Life / Health producers license.
