Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Designs and implements process improvements to enhance performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support complex cross-functional projects
• Leverages data and tools (., Lean Six Sigma) to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and customer experience
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert, mapping processes (BPMN), documenting SOPs, and understanding operational impacts across the business
• Develops roadmaps for tools and technologies that improve both customer and internal stakeholder experiences
• Leads knowledge sharing by teaching back lessons learned and providing training recommendations to improve team capabilities
• Builds strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and executives while mentoring and coaching team members for ongoing development

Salary Ranges Compensation : $110,100.00 / Year - $157,300.00 / Year Benefits
