Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING for an Experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator- Lead Worker

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6 am – 2:30 pm
• $20-$27 p/h DOE
• Potential temp-to-hire for a shop in Boise, ID
• Excellent benefits and growth potential

Duties:

• Fabricate HVAC pipe and fittings out of various sheet metal materials
• Fabricate metal items using various techniques, such as spot welding, cutting, forming, and bending metal
• Troubleshoot issues with the sheet metal or tools and equipment
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines
• Occasional customer delivery
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of sheet metal fabricating
• Leadership Abilities
• A valid Driver’s License
• Ability to be on feet and moving for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Teachable Attitude
• Drug-Free
• Work and communicate well in a team environment
