Truck Driver Entry Level

We are currently seeking ENTRY LEVEL CLASS-A TRUCK DRIVERS for our growing fleet. Essential freight is booming & we need more drivers.

If you currently have your Class A CDL, but do not have any experience, then we are here to help you get your career started.

ü To get started, we will do a brief phone interview with you. Upon successfully completing your interview, you will complete an application online. Our app. process normally takes about 24-48 hours.

ü Once you are APPROVED, our processor will get you set up for orientation. ALL ORIENTATIONS WILL BE HELD ONLINE. Once you complete online orientation, we will make arrangements for you to go out with a trainer for 2 weeks for paid training.

ü When your  training is completed, you will then be assigned to your own truck for a probationary period of 10 weeks.

ü When your 10 week probationary period is successfully completed, you will come home for a few days & then be eligible to go right into a dedicated, regional or OTR run with higher pay to include quarterly safety bonuses, layover & detention pay.

Our training process enables drivers to get the training that they need, so that they can get on the road to start their careers while earning great paychecks.

We also get you home more often to spend quality time with your family. Our entire fleet of trucks are newer & well maintained with automatic & 10 speed transmissions. Automatic license restrictions accepted. Riders welcome from day 1.

We also offer tuition reimbursement up to $7,000 to pay off your trucking school loan from when you first obtained your CDL. Great benefits package featuring Blue Cross / Blue Shield @ 60 days along with PTO, retirement package & life insurance.

To qualify you must meet the following criteria :

• You must be 21 years of age.
• Have a current valid Class A CDL & DOT physical.
• Possess a fairly clean MVR
• Must be willing to drive OTR at first staying out 10-14 days at a time
• Be able to pass background checks & all DOT related tests
