Wireless Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on Wireless Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless systems—from rooftop macro sites to small cells and DAS. Travel across WI and MN while working with cutting-edge telecom tech in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Typical field hours; may include early starts, overtime, or occasional weekends
Location: Madison, WI (Travel throughout Wisconsin & Minnesota)

What You’ll Do:

• Install & maintain coax/fiber, antennas, racks, and remote units
• Read blueprints & plan cable/equipment routes
• Test systems with spectrum analyzers, OTDRs, and fusion splicers
• Perform PIM testing, cable sweeps, and system upgrades
• Work safely at heights using lifts, bucket trucks, and ladders
• Support engineers & project managers to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of field installation experience (wireless preferred)
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using hand/power tools
• Experience with fiber splicing, coax installation, and testing equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
